Refund policy

Refund as store credit only is allowed but you have to inform us in 24hrs from receiving your order.

Size Exchanges are allowed within 24hrs, items should be in original packaging and condition.

Accessories and swimsuits are not refundable nor exchangeable under any circumstances for hygienic purposes.

Sale items and promotional offer items are non refundable nor exchangeable.

There’s no Partial delivery, you can return the whole order with the courier then reorder the item from the website, if you need a different size you can receive the whole order and exchange sizing.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
